Leadership Resources

The business of change
Leadership Resources offers training for businesses and employees to develop soft skills and improve effectiveness. Through their bespoke programmes, the company helps its clients tackle problems and create a healthy company culture that is organised, productive and enriching for every member of the organisation.
The company wanted to refresh and expand their social media footprint to appeal to younger businesses. Working as a copywriter and designer, I created a content plan with content buckets – education, growth, support and change – and various series to help them highlight their value as a brand.
Education
Leadership Resources is a trailblazer in soft skills training. This content bucket would showcase their expertise and help their audience understand the importance of investing in leadership development training.

Solutions 101
This series gives potential clients a crash course on the benefits of each programme or initiative in a bite-sized format.
Growth
Illustrating proven growth with Leadership Resources and challenging the audience to take steps to grow themselves.
Make it count
In this series, I wanted to focus on key factors and aspects of the workplace that would help businesses thrive. By asking leaders, employees and companies to make it count, the brand encourages them to keep pushing forward to evolve and improve.
Client success stories
In interview-style posts with images from team-building events and workshops, past clients express how Leadership Resources has helped their companies reach new heights. Acting as a testimonial, the brand displays proven success and lets potential clients know that they can achieve the same results.
Support
The brand shows its audience that it’s here to lend a helping hand with expert advice and tips.
This or that
By asking intriguing questions that compare different aspects of leadership, the brand helps its audience identify common misconceptions and guides them to make better decisions.
Workplace Q&A
To drive engagement, this series asks the audience about their common workplace woes through Instagram Stories and replies to anonymous questions with posts that feature their expert advice.
Change
The brand offers its audience a new perspective with inspiring insights.
Anatomy of a business
Just like the human body, every part of an organisation plays an important role. Leadership – the brain; structure – the skeleton; operation – the legs. Highlighting different elements of a successful business, the brand encourages its audience to shift their mindset and focus on the crucial elements that create consistent results.
Quotables
Featuring notable quotes, the brand inspires people to look at their business or career from a different perspective with insights from successful leaders.
